Shipping Policy – Pura Beverage
At Pura Beverage, we’re committed to delivering our refreshing, better-for-you beverages quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship orders and complies with Amazon’s seller and fulfillment standards.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on all orders over $25. A flat rate of $5 applies to orders under $25.
Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on your location and order size.
Priority Shipping (1 business day): Available in select areas.
Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date, not the order date.
Pura Beverage partners with leading carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and in some cases utilizes Amazon’s Buy with Prime or Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to optimize delivery speed and reliability.
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Certain beverage products may be subject to state shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the shipment through the carrier’s website or through your Pura Beverage account.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund if applicable.
